Apollinaire Munyaneza is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and also in charge of compliance at Beyond Residential Care. Apollinaire is a trained educator and holds a doctorate degree in chemistry. Before joining Beyond Residential Care, he worked at various academic institutions as a lecturer and a researcher.

Outside of his scientific career, Apollinaire has extensive experience in community leadership and services. He occupied various positions including the Vice President of the Rwandese Community in Botswana, President of the Rwandese Community in Maine, Secretary General of the US Rwandese Community Abroad, Secretary General of IBUKA-USA, board member of Maine Immigrant Rights Coaltion, board member of Defend Our Health.

Throught all these community services, Apollinaire developed a deep sense of helping the needy which made him join Beyond Residential Care, to support individuals with developmemntal disability and autism.

At Beyond Residential Care, Apollinaire promotes compliances in many aspects such as hiring and onboarding of new staff members, training, employee benefits administration as well as state and federal regulations. Additionally, Apollinaire strives to have a conducive working environment at Beyond Residential Care for all employees to excel in what they do so to achieve Beyond Residential Care vision and mission
